Eyitayo Ogunmola is a Nigerian tech education leader and the founder of Utiva, a fast-growing platform that equips African youth with digital and technology skills. Born in Lagos, he studied physiology at the University of Ilorin and later earned a master’s in strategy, leadership & change from Heriot-Watt University. His early experience working on USAID-funded development projects shaped his passion for empowering young people and preparing them for the future of work.

In 2018, he launched Utiva with a mission to make tech training accessible across Africa. The company offers programs in data analytics, product management, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and digital design delivered through virtual classes and hands-on projects. Under Eyitayo’s leadership, Utiva has expanded to over 90 countries and earned global accreditation, helping thousands of learners transition into high-demand tech roles.

Beyond business, Eyitayo is a strong advocate for social impact. His EyiEko Project provides scholarships for 10,000 young Nigerians and supports thousands of women through microfinance initiatives. As a Chevening Scholar and Global Good Fund Fellow, he continues to drive Africa’s digital transformation by building skills, creating opportunities, and inspiring a new generation of tech talent.
