The Federal University Oye Ekiti (FUOYE) has officially adopted Efiko NG, a leading Nigerian educational technology platform, as a supplementary digital learning tool for its students. The announcement was confirmed by the institution’s Registrar, Mufutau Ibrahim, who described the partnership as a strategic step to support academic performance and independent learning.

Efiko NG is designed to provide structured online courses, performance tracking, and certification for completed modules, enabling students to supplement their classroom studies with self-paced digital learning. Under the partnership, FUOYE students will have access to a wide range of courses delivered by expert tutors, while faculty members can monitor student engagement and progress through Efiko NG’s analytics dashboard.

The adoption reflects a growing trend among Nigerian universities to integrate digital solutions into traditional curricula. Registrar Mufutau Ibrahim noted that the platform would serve as a value-added resource, complementing lectures and practical assignments, and fostering a culture of self-directed study.

Speaking on the partnership, Ibrahim said:
“Efiko NG provides our students with the opportunity to enhance their learning experiences outside the classroom. This collaboration aligns with our commitment to academic excellence and innovative education delivery.”

Efiko NG’s founder and product lead, Seun Paul Olatunji, welcomed the partnership, emphasizing the platform’s mission to empower students and educators with accessible, structured digital learning tools.

With this adoption, FUOYE joins a growing number of Nigerian institutions leveraging Efiko NG to enhance student outcomes and support digital education initiatives.
