Efiko NG, a newly launched education technology platform, has disclosed plans to deploy a digital learning system aimed at strengthening academic delivery across Nigeria’s education sector.

Addressing newsmen in Lagos, the founder, Seun Paul Olatunji, said the platform was developed to support schools with technology driven learning tools that align with existing curricula and classroom practices. Efiko NG was established in March 2023, focusing on the use of digital systems to improve learning access and academic preparedness.

Information gathered by our reporter indicates that the platform is being introduced for use across private schools and public institutions, with early engagements allowing educators and administrators to integrate digital study resources, assessment support, and performance tracking into their teaching processes.

Education sector observers note that initiatives such as Efiko NG reflect a broader national push toward modernising education through technology, particularly in response to learning gaps and the increasing demand for structured digital solutions.

Efiko NG officials stated that the platform is not positioned as a replacement for traditional classroom instruction but as a complementary tool designed to enhance teaching efficiency and student learning outcomes.

Further expansion of the platform across schools nationwide is expected as consultations with education stakeholders continue.
