The Rotaract Club of Federal Polytechnic, Ede, supported by its sponsor club, Rotary Club of Oroki Osogbo, has presented its Entrepreneurship Awards to selected individuals in recognition of their contributions to entrepreneurship and youth development.

The awards form part of the Club’s ongoing commitment to celebrating service, leadership, and practical initiatives that strengthen communities including efforts that support youth advancement through innovation, enterprise, and digital skills development.

This year’s recipients were recognised for community-focused impact across entrepreneurship, mentoring, and youth empowerment. Honourees included:

  • Seun Paul Olatunji — recognised for contributions to entrepreneurship and youth development in digital technology and skills development through mentorship & trainings.
  • Afeez Akinfola Oyinloye — recognised for contributions to entrepreneurship and youth development in new age digital technology and innovation.
  • Chinenye Peace Amaechi — recognised for contributions to entrepreneurship and youth development, including support for youth development initiatives connected to digital skills and innovation
  • Ajao Olasunkanmi Malik — recognised for contributions to entrepreneurship and youth development, including support for youth development initiatives connected to digital skills in logistic management and software development.

Speaking at the presentation, the Club noted that the recognition is intended to encourage sustained community impact and inspire more young people to pursue purpose-driven entrepreneurship and service.

The Club also acknowledged that Chinenye Peace Amaechi, Seun Paul Olatunji, Ajao  Olasunkanmi Malik and Afeez Akinfola Oyinloye has previously been recognised within the Rotaract community. In December 2018, they received a Humanitarian Service Award from the Rotaract Club of Osun State University (District 9125, Nigeria) for contributions towards youth development and community service.

The award presentation was signed by Rtr. Adeniyi Muslimah Adewumi on behalf of the Rotaract Club International of Federal Polytechnic, Ede.
